Construction began in June 2020 and is expected to be completed before spring 2022, weather permitting. Voter-approved funds from Williamson County’s 2019 Road Bond Program are making it possible for the improvements to become a reality. In total, the project is expected to cost approximately $4.8 million.
Construction activities will be limited to a Monday through Friday schedule, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. However, under special circumstances, the contractor may request permission from the County to perform work outside of the normal work hours in order to complete time-sensitive activities.
Williamson County’s contractor Denucci Constructors will be closing Springvale St. beginning Monday, January 25, 2021, for a few weeks, weather pending. This road closure will be between Newberry Street and Woodvale Drive at the Woodvale channel. This closure is part of the traffic control shown in the plans and is necessary to excavate and install storm sewer. Minimal delays are expected.
