Congratulations! Judge Stacy Hackenberg will perform ceremonies for same-sex and opposite-sex couples at a location of your choice, at the courthouse (211 W 6th St, Taylor), or virtually.
Guests shall be limited to seven and masked if indoors.
Weddings conducted in Williamson County cost $75. Weddings performed outside of Williamson County cost $150. The Judge will not travel beyond Williamson, Travis, Bastrop, Bell, Burnet, Lee, and Milam Counties.
The fees for the ceremony will be paid in cash directly to the judge on the date of the ceremony or via Venmo. The Judge's Venmo is @judgestacy.
Judge Hackenberg does not have the ability to conduct weddings at other courthouses. If you would like to have your wedding at the Jester Annex in Round Rock, contact Judge Musselman's office at JP1. If you would like to have your wedding at the Georgetown Annex, contact Judge McLean's office at JP3. If you would like to have your wedding at the Historic Courthouse in Georgetown, contact County Judge Gravell's office. Judge Staudt at JP2, in the Cedar Park Annex, does not perform any weddings.
This office DOES NOT issue marriage licenses. Contact the County Clerk's office at the Williamson County Justice Center located at 405 Martin Luther King Blvd in Georgetown. The County Clerk's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
