County Offices Closed for Veterans Day

All Williamson County offices will be closed on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022, for Veterans Day. Offices will reopen regular hours on Monday, Nov. 14. The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter will remain open for regular business hours on Veterans Day.

Signal at FM 1660 and Chandler Road Active Starting Nov. 10

The newly installed traffic signal at the intersection of FM 1660 and Chandler Road in north Hutto will soon be activated. Drivers will first notice new striping on the road, Thursday, Nov. 3. The signal lights will flash for one more week before becoming active on Thursday, Nov. 10. Signs will be posted a week prior, alerting drivers to the change.

Williamson County Elections Office Closing Early Monday, Nov. 7 to Prepare for Election Day

Williamson County Elections Office will close early on Monday, Nov. 7, 2022, to allow staff to prepare for Election Day. The office will close at 3 p.m. on Monday and reopen on Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 7 a.m. when the polls open for Election Day.
