Status

Design was finalized by Aguirre & Fields. Right of way acquisition has been completed. Utility relocations are underway. The contractor is Jordan Foster. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 29, 2019 and construction is anticipated to be completed in fall 2020. To view the Seward Junction Southeast preliminary schematic, click here. Williamson County’s contractor Jordan Foster will be closing the right lane on eastbound SH 29 during the day on Wednesday, July 15, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and during the early morning hours of Thursday, July 16, Friday, July 17, and Monday, July 20, between the hours of midnight to 5 a.m., weather pending. The closure will be set up approximately 500’ west of CR 266 up to CR 266. This closure is necessary to provide an additional safety buffer so that the concrete paving can be tied into SH 29 for the proposed portion of CR 266. Minimal delays are expected. We appreciate the public’s patience while we complete this work and apologize for the inconvenience.
