||Bids were opened in August 2019 with Champion Infrastructure being the low bidder. A preconstruction meeting was held October 3, 2019. Construction began in June 2020. Unfortunately, the project is behind schedule due to unanticipated utility conflicts, which have substantially slowed down the conduit installations. We anticipate that the underground conduit installation at Morgan Hill Trail will be complete around the end of the year, and the installation of poles and signal heads at the three intersections will be complete in early 2021.
