The Budget Office submits a Budget Document annually to the GFOA. The document for Fiscal Year 2022-23 is available here.
This budget will raise more property taxes revenue than last year's budget by $35,745,342, a 9.5% percent increase and, of that amount, $21,548,467 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
