Take 10 CPR
Check, Call, Compress!

Take10 CPR is a nationally recognized program that we’re presenting to increase cardiac arrest survival. WCEMS System responders can’t do it alone. In only 10 short minutes you can learn how to help us save a life in the early moments after cardiac arrest occurs. Without bystander CPR in the first few minutes, the chances of survival drop dramatically. This simple program allows us to train a few people who in turn pay it forward. If you’re interested in learning about this program for your business, place of worship, school, etc, please contact us!  It’s free and best of all there’s no mouth-to-mouth involved. Yuk!
To request a Take10 CPR course be held for your organization fill out the form below!

    TAKE10 Hands-only CPR Train-the-Trainer Class

TAKE10 CPR is a nationally recognized program that Williamson County EMS presents to increase cardiac arrest survival.  Bystander CPR is a crucial element in the response to out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.  This simple, short and free training program relies on the participation of community trainers to spread the training.  To reach this goal, Williamson County EMS is pleased to announce the offering of a TAKE10 Train-the-Trainer Class.  If you have the drive and desire to make a difference in our community, consider this opportunity.  To register for this class, please contact Jim Persons by email or phone.  Thank you again for your interest in community CPR.
